Jon Wayne Rescue Pet of the Month – Gunslinger
We have something a little different for the Jon Wayne Rescue Pet of the Month this July!
Last weekend the San Antonio Gunslingers indoor football team invited Kirby Animal Shelter to host a pet adoption event at their home game in Freeman Coliseum. At the event, Gunslingers fans got to meet and play with several adoption-ready dogs. All involved had great fun and two dogs even found their forever families!
The dogs even acted as a good luck charm, with the Gunslingers winning the game 58-55.
