Lupe arrived early for our appointment to have our old AC/Heating system looked at to see what could be done to get it up and running. I appreciate their honesty and ability to keep things professional and still be blunt about the disrepair the system was in. Our house is going on 9 years old, but it turns out our inside unit is actually date-coded to be 12 years old already, and the outside unit is only 9 years old. After speaking to Lupe and hearing his assessment of our unit, and seeing the cost to repair and have it brought up to current standards, we decided to go ahead and replace the entire system. After Lupe contacted his supervisor Chris the two men put their heads together to design us a system that would improve our utility cost, cut down on maintenance, and improve our quality of life (both wife and I have severe allergies, and I have CHF). After speaking to both men, we chose our system and are looking forward to installing it tomorrow.
