Congratulations to our Jon Wayne Player of the Year, Jacob Gonzales!
Jacob Gonzales, the running back for Harlan High School, became the Jon Wayne Player of the Year after a fierce voting battle!
Jacob had an amazing season, achieving; 39 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, 1,797 rushing yards, 25 rushing touchdowns, 466 receiving Yards, and 7 receiving touchdowns. He was instrumental in helping his team, the Harlan Hawks, achieve many of their victories this season.
In addition to his prowess on the field, Jacob is by all accounts a hardworking athlete and a wonderful role model.
We are proud to call him the Jon Wayne Player of the Year!
